We Remember Max Bayer

1993-2024
Max found his passion for service early. He began his firefighting career with Raymond Fire & Rescue in 2011 and eventually became a Captain. In 2023, he graduated from the Racine Fire Academy and officially joined the Racine Fire Department, where he also served on the Hazardous Materials Response Team. Max’s commitment to helping others was evident in his work as an EMT and his efforts to mentor new firefighters.
